In the first half of 2024, wpg signed more than 250 new long- and short-term deals. Our team takes care to ensure we pair the right retailers with the right properties, then continues to work closely with them as they customize their space and establish their business. Here are a few of the highlights from this year so far:
MINISO
Nearly a dozen MINISO locations opened across the wpg portfolio. MINISO is a Japanese-inspired lifestyle and retail brand focused on everyday essentials and trendy items.
MINISO stores recently opened at:
- Grand Central Mall, Vienna, West Virginia
- Markland Mall in Kokomo, Indiana
- The Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek, Ohio
- Orange Park Mall in Orange Park, Florida
- Edison Mall in Fort Myers, Florida
- Southgate Mall in Missoula, Montana
- Gateway Mall in Lincoln, Nebraska
- Paddock Mall in Ocala, Florida
- Polaris Fashion Place in Columbus, Ohio
Pandora
Pandora opened a new store concept at several wpg locations, including Grand Central Mall in Vienna, West Virginia, and Clay Terrace in Carmel, Indiana. The new Pandora store design optimizes the layout for intuitive customer flow and includes interactive customer areas such as a charms bar, gifting area and engraving stations. More Pandora locations are opening in our portfolio soon.
Sephora
Since January, wpg has welcomed three Sephora locations to our portfolio, most recently at Classen Curve in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, as well as Rockaway Commons in Rockaway, New Jersey and Arbor Hills in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
