Facilities Operations Director, Scottsdale Quarter

Hires, trains and supervises center hourly maintenance personnel. Assists in preparation of the annual budget for income expenses and capital expenditures. Directly responsible for the center’s grounds, initiates corrective action and follow-up.

Maintenance Technician, Town Center at Aurora

Maintains, services and conducts minor repairs on building and equipment. Performs a variety of semiskilled duties in the area of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting. Assists Operations Director and others workers with their tasks. Complies with established safety guidelines and procedures. Works under close direction of Operations Director and General Manager. Parking Lot, Roadway and Sidewalk Maintenance.
