Financial

401(k)

All colleagues are encouraged to save for retirement while working at wpg. If you meet age and minimum hours worked requirements, you can contribute to your 401(k) the following quarter after your first 30 days of employment. The company will match 100% of the first 3% of compensation deferred and 50% of the next 2% deferred. Matching contributions begin the first day of the quarter after 6 months of service.

Tuition reimbursement program.

wpg is committed to your professional growth and career development. We provide up to $5,250 in tuition reimbursement per year to full-time employees who have been with the company for at least six months.
