wpg property teams preparing for a busy Easter shopping season

From candy and gifts to new outfits and decorations, consumers spend billions of dollars each year on Easter celebrations. wpg’s property teams are creating opportunities for families to create Easter memories this year, while supporting retailers.

Easter Bunny visits

The Easter Bunny is coming to town as early as March 14 at some of wpg’s properties. In addition to the ability to walk up or make a reservation to visit with Bunny, wpg’s teams are providing several more special ways for families to snap a picture with the Easter Bunny.

  • Sensitive Bunny: a sensory-friendly Easter experience. These events are designed for children with sensory sensitivities and allow for a calm and comfortable visit with the Easter Bunny.
  • Besties and Bunny: the family pet can pose with the Easter Bunny, while pet lovers get to mix and mingle with each other.

Easter Bunny sponsorships

Several properties are partnering with retailers to sponsor photos with the Easter Bunny. Here are a couple examples:

Easter events

  • Hop & Shop: During this free, family-friendly event at Clay Terrace in Carmel, Indiana, guests can bring baskets to participating retailers and receive eggs filled with toys and candy. Kids can also receive airbrush tattoos and have fun in a bounce house.
  • Hide and Peep: Kids can search for colorful eggs hidden throughout Scottsdale Quarter in Scottsdale, Arizona. After the egg hunt, kids can dance to music and visit artists for face painting and some balloon-twisting fun.
  • Bunny Bonanza: This free event at Town Center Aurora in Aurora, Colorado, features a performance from a local children’s choir. Kids can listen to the music while creating Easter-themed crafts and getting their  faces painted.

Thank you to wpg’s property teams for making this Easter shopping season extra special.
