Christopher Conlon
Chief Executive Officer
Christopher Conlon is Chief Executive Officer of wpg. He is a leading retail real estate executive with over 30 years of experience.
Previously, Chris held the role Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Acadia Realty Trust, where he led a differentiated strategy of owning and operating high-quality urban, suburban and street retail assets across the United States.
Prior to joining Acadia Realty Trust, Chris was a partner at Ripco Real Estate Corporation, successfully executing expansion plans for retailers including Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, Starbucks, DICK’S Sporting Goods, Ulta, Five Below, the TJX Companies and others.
In 2024, Chris was elected to the Board of Trustees of ICSC. The Board of Trustees provides critical input in helping ICSC achieve its goal of serving members with excellence while advocating and communicating the social, civic and economic role played by the Marketplaces Industry in our communities.
Chris also serves as Team Captain of wpg’s team in Pelotonia, a transformational grassroots community focused on ending cancer. Under his leadership, the team has continued to break fundraising records, with 100 percent of every dollar raised directed to innovative cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute.
Chris obtained his J.D. from St John’s University School of Law and he holds a B.A. from The State University of New York at Stony Brook. He is also a captain licensed by the United States Coast Guard.

Amanda Bailey is Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of wpg. Previously, she was Senior Director, HR Strategy & Governance at CoverMyMeds, a McKesson Company. She is responsible for bringing stakeholder value through strategy, direction and leadership of the organization’s human capital initiatives.
Amanda has extensive experience focused on developing and executing human resources strategies in support of business objectives, gained both domestically and internationally, in a variety of industries. She holds a B. S. in Mass Communications from Towson State University.

Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Mark Delcher is Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of wpg. He is responsible for setting and executing the company’s technology vision, strategy and roadmap to align with and support overall business strategy and growth.
Previously, Mark served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Public Storage and for DSW, where he was accountable for all technology to support these multi-billion-dollar public companies. He most recently served in a consulting role with David’s Bridal, helping to stabilize technology, while overseeing all infrastructure including data centers and cloud environments, networking, databases and information security.
Mark holds a B. S. from Troy State University and an M.B.A from Ohio University. He has earned certifications in Information Technology Portfolio Management, Logistics Management, Internal Customer Service and Accounting for Technology Professionals.

Senior Vice President, Head of Property Management
Steve Gerber serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Property Management. Previously, he was Vice President, Regional Director of Property Management, of wpg and held the same role at Glimcher Realty Trust, which was acquired by wpg in January 2015. Steve was previously Regional Director and General Manager with Glimcher, and his property team was awarded Team of the Year while serving as General Manager.
In his role, Steve leads Property Management for wpg. He is responsible for all aspects of Property Management and Operations and is actively involved in strategic initiatives at the property level.
He is currently involved in numerous philanthropic and community endeavors including Pelotonia, a grass-roots annual bike tour that funds cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute. He has served as the Team Captain of wpg’s Pelotonia team since 2016. Steve also remains active within the community as a Class One Certified high school baseball umpire and a Class One Certified high school football official. In addition, he is a member of the Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA).

David Keane serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer. In his role, he is responsible for developing and implementing asset-specific business plans for all of wpg’s properties, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing strategies.
Previously, David served as Vice President, Portfolio Manager at Brookfield Property Partners.
David holds a Corporate Law Degree from the National University of Ireland, a Master’s in International Real Estate from Oxford Brookes University and an M.B.A from DePaul University.

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Simon Leopold is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at wpg. In this position, he is responsible for the organization’s financial management and reporting. He oversees Accounting and Finance, Internal Audit, and Tax.
Previously, Simon served as CFO of Taubman Centers for nine years, and most recently, as CFO of Agree Realty.
Originally from New York City, Simon earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A from Yale University.
Simon spent the early part of his career in New York City government, including roles with the Mayor’s Office and the city’s Economic Development Corporation, before specializing as an investment banker focused on real estate at Deutsche Bank. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), ICSC, and NAREIT.

Joshua Lindimore is Executive Vice President, Head of Leasing at wpg. In this position, he leads the direction and strategy for all revenue-related functions for wpg’s national portfolio of enclosed, open air, and joint venture properties, overseeing Open Air and Enclosed Leasing, Specialty Leasing, Development, Construction and Revenue Services.
Previously, Josh served as Senior Vice President, Head of Leasing and as Senior Vice President, Leasing, for wpg. He also served as Vice President, Leasing, for Glimcher Realty Trust, which was acquired by Washington Prime Group Inc. in January 2015. He holds a B.A. from Ohio University and is an active member of ICSC.

Maria Manley-Dutton is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer of wpg. Previously, she was Deputy General Counsel, Real Estate & Leasing at SITE Centers. She is responsible for the company’s legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters.
Maria has extensive experience overseeing the legal aspects of real estate and leasing in the retail real estate industry. She holds a B.A. from Mercer University and a J.D. and Master’s in Taxation from the University of Akron School of Law. Maria is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and The International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mark Morrison is Chief Transformation Officer of wpg. In this role, Mark is responsible for accelerating wpg’s evolution into a best-in-class retail real estate operating platform, providing leadership for change management and resource allocation, performance improvement and long-term planning.
Previously, Mark was the founder and Managing Director of the Neeba Group, which focused on strategy consulting, investment advisory work and seed-stage technology investing. Among his strategy consulting clients were Intercontinental Hotel Group and Yum! Brands. Prior to the Neeba Group, Mark served in financial, data, technology, strategy and business leadership roles working with Expedia, Hilton Worldwide and Blackstone, Bain & Company, Tishman Realty, Hilton Hotels Corporate and Silicon Valley Bank. Mark also served as a volunteer in the Peace Corps in Panama and with Technoserve in Mozambique.

Dan Scott serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Development at wpg. In this position, he is responsible for anchor leasing and redevelopment efforts. Dan leads a dedicated group of Development professionals focused on the adaptive reuse of unproductive department store space. He has been an integral part of wpg’s success with department store anchor repositioning efforts to date.
Previously, Dan served as Vice President, Development for wpg. He was Vice President, Anchor Leasing for Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) prior to joining wpg. Dan also served as Vice President, Land Development for Crown American Realty Trust. He has over 25 years of real estate experience.
Dan holds a B.S. from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and received a J.D. from George Mason University’s School of Law.

Erich Stehle is Senior Vice President, Construction of wpg and has 25 years of retail construction experience. Previously, Erich served as Vice President, Construction for wpg, as well as Senior Director, Construction for Glimcher Realty Trust, which was acquired by wpg in January 2015. Prior to that, he served as Project Manager at Triad Construction Management.
Erich holds a B.S. from The Ohio State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds the ICSC Professional Certification.
Erich is currently involved in numerous philanthropic and community endeavors including Pelotonia, a grass-roots annual bike tour that funds cancer research at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute, and he is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
